Registration fee:

Students to 31st March 2025. – 150 €

Students from 01st April to 15th April 2025. – 200 €

Veterinary member of ASAEE to 31st March 2025. -275 €

Veterinary nonmember of ASAEE to 31st March 2025. -325 €

Veterinary member of ASAEE from 1st April to 15th April 2025. -375 €

Veterinary non member of ASAEE from 1st April to 15th April 2025. -425 €

Veterinary dinner (Novak Restaurant) 17th June – 70 euros

Social event: with human doctors 19th June – 60 euros
 
Registration fee includes: All scientific sessions and poster and video presentations, opening ceremony and welcome reception Tuesday 17 June, admission to the exhibition, electronic material (programme, abstracts etc.), coffee and lunch breaks, certificate of attendance (after a completed digital survey a certificate of attendance will be sent by email).
 
Registration and joint party for lecturers is free.
Please submit your abstract within the deadline and as soon as possible as there is a limited number of places for lecturers.

Method of payment

Bank transfer: All payments should be in Euros (€), except for residents of Serbia who have to pay in local currency (din).

After submitting the registration form,
you will receive a pro forma invoice
with instruction and data for the bank transfer.

Note: Registration lasts until April 15 for all categories.
